Team & Role Management

Kapitalyze uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure the right people have the right access.

Available Roles

• Owner: Full access to all features, billing, and settings.
• Admin: Full access except billing and ownership transfer.
• Editor: Can create and edit records but cannot change settings.
• Viewer: Read-only access to assigned modules.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings > Team > Invite Member. Enter the email address and select the role.
