Adding Shareholders

Navigate to Company OS > Cap Table > Add Shareholder. Enter details and shareholding information. You can also bulk import from CSV.

Share Classes

Define different share classes with their respective rights, restrictions, and face values.

Dilution Modeling

Use the Scenario tool to model the impact of future funding rounds, ESOP pools, or convertible instruments.
